    Weight loss: Woman lost 3st by cutting one food - not 'on a diet or anything'



    WEIGHT loss is something Jo-Ann McLoughlin felt she needed when she began to realise she was lacking in confidence, did not enjoy socialising, and experienced gut related health issues. After changing her diet and adding more exercise to her routine, Jo was able to shed the pounds to feel healthier and happier.
