    Oily fish diet ‘can delay menopause for up to 3 years’ study reveals



    EATING a diet rich in oily fish along with legumes such as peas and beans could delay the onset of menopause by up to three years, say experts. A landmark British study has found that certain food groups could affect the age at which the menopause begins.
